Au Lac has opened a second, fancier location in the heart of Los Angeles. This is in addition to the original, long-running location in Fountain Valley. Right across the street from Disney Concert Hall, it opened in 2014. On the menu, you can choose between raw and well-cooked vegan options. There is a full bar in a stylish lounge where drinks are cheap. You have to eat the shrimp with salt and pepper and the tostada. All of the portions are pretty big. The living space inside and the view outside are both excellent.
