The restaurant is well-known for its vegan barbecue and other American favorites such as faux deli meat subs and mac 'n cheese. After operating as a food cart for a year before moving into its first permanent site in November 2015 at 1628 SW Jefferson St, the business moved into its present location in July 2017 after opening its first storefront there in November 2015.
