The proprietors of Terri opened their restaurant and bar in the summer of 2017, and both establishments serve exclusively items that come from plants. The bartenders handcrafted all of the bar's small meals, large plates, desserts, and cocktails. Its aim is threefold: to give jobs to those in New York who don't have them, to donate all of its profits to worthy causes, and to serve delicious food that is good for both the body and the environment.
